Top Fuel for Top Performance!: – 14 & 15 March – 0830 -1600 hrs – This is a 2 day course and participants must attend both days to complete it.
One of the top rated sports nutrition program in Canada. This course is designed to help active men and women maximize their performance – whether training for a specific fitness standard or competition, have been assigned to a demanding exercise, are deploying, or just want to improve your health and physical performance. The information covered includes:
- Everyday Eating
- Nutrition for Physical Training and Recovery
- Body Composition and Weight Issues
- Dietary Issues and Supplements
- Fine Tuning Your Eating and Activity
As a note, this and all HP courses are open and free to all CAF members, retired members, DND & NPF employees and family members over 18 years.
This Friday, 9 March, at noon is the deadline to register for the Top Fuel for Top Performance course. This is the only time this course will run before fall and there are only 10 spots remaining.
