Sleep Management Workshop

Sleep is essential for both physical and mental health. Join Dr. Charles Samuels of the Centre for Sleep as he discusses tips and strategies for establishing and maintaining healthy sleeping habits, crucial to the road to mental health recovery. Dr. Samuels will explore such topics as the reasons for sleep disturbances, trauma-related sleep disorders, practicing good sleep hygiene, effects of sleep disorders on partners, and how to fall back asleep when you wake up in the night. This workshop is open to all current and former CAF members and their spouses/partners. The MFRC will provide a light supper for this event.
