Join Mindfulness Expert, Derek Luk, and CPS Peer Support Coordinator, John Grillone, as they provide tips and strategies for establishing and maintaining mindfulness habits as a follow up to their presentation at the 2019 Moving Forward Retreat. These tools can be crucial to the road to mental health recovery. This workshop will be open to all members and their spouses/partners regardless of attendance at this year’s retreat.
