This CMHA flagship program is now being offered through the Veteran Family Program at the MFRC.
Want to know how to feel happier, more confident and worry less right now? Would you like to learn new ways of dealing with what life throws at you?
Living Life to the Full offers you enjoyable and interactive courses that will help you understand your feelings, thoughts and behaviors, and what to do about them! In 4 fun, friendly 2 and ½ hour sessions, Living Life to the Full helps people make a difference in their lives. Each session is moderated by a trained facilitator and includes a booklet, handouts, exercises and discussions.
The dates of the four sessions are:
- Tuesday, January 15 (5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
- Tuesday, January 22 (5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
- Thursday, January 31 (5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
- Tuesday, February 5 (5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
Participants are expected to attend all sessions.
Priority will be given to veterans and their family members.
