  • The Canadian Armed Forces has many health and wellness programs available for military families and members. This includes programs such as Road to Mental Readiness, You're Not Alone, peer support groups and other initiatives.
  • The Mind's the Matter is a web-based interactive video that provides real-life solutions for both spouses and teenaged children of military members who may have an operational stress injury (OSI). It is provided by MFS and the Royal Ottawa Health Care Group.
  • The Canadian Military Family Magazine is full of useful articles, tips and great human interest stories geared towards our military families and their lifestyle. 
  • Military Spouse, although an American publication, has great articles, tips and other resources that may be of interest and relatable to Canadian military families.
  • Cyber Bullying Workshop for Parents, Teens and Youth Workers via Military Family Services

  • Military Families Learning Network Webinars are free and require no registration. They cover a wide variety of topics, including family development, military caregiving, nutrition and wellness, personal finance and family transitions. Past webinars are all archived and posted to YouTube as well. Most sessions are hosted in conjunction with the US Department of Defense.
  • The Online Caregiver Program aims to support caregivers who in turn support their family member through treatment and recovery. It provides the caregiver with practical self-care skills, so that caregivers can effectively cope with the stressors associated with their caregiving responsibilities.
